When Christmas is over and people consider their new year resolutions, many of us look at our health, especially our weight and what we eat or drink.

A range of healthy foods

The question is - what's the right route when considering health foods? Calorie counting? Reducing carbs? Reducing fat? Getting a gym membership? How many other attributes of diet and activity should we consider when making the resolution to lose weight and get fit?

It's a question we've been pondering with a new client of ours who is looking to create a food group based on balance. Balance means being knowledgeable about the foods and drinks you consume and what they help your body achieve, then taking a choice of what you consume to ensure you balance enjoyment with positive outcomes.

Positive outcomes can be varied but are always tailored to the individual. Some want to simply lose weight, others would like to be less bloated after a meal, many would like a specific boost to support exercise or a physical activity. This means we've been working with everyone from indulgent food brands to nutritionists to explore and shape a strategy for our client which could deliver change not just in consumers' lives but across the industry and globally.

Daunting but exciting. We love taking ambiguity and turning it into a creative business strategy with purpose. Whatever your business resolutions are, we can help you on the journey. From brand marketing and strategy, to digital comms and commercial activation. Tap us up, for your own good!
